Skype and Sensibility
During the last lesson we began reading a recent article about Estonia in Der Spiegel. We finished reading the parts until the paragraph The Little Things. Before the next lesson, please read and try to understand as much as you can these two paragraphs: The Little Things and 'We Wanted a Transparent State'.
